Brock’s Hunting Q&A:

As hunting seasons open up around North America, Fusion Ammunition had a chance to catch up with MMA Heavyweight Champion and Fusion spokesperson Brock Lesnar. The champ revealed some of his hunting triumphs and more about his favorite hunting tactics as he trains for his next championship fight in November.

Fusion Ammo: How old were you when you shot your first whitetail?

Brock Lesnar: I was 14 years old. I was hunting with my dad and brother near our family farm in South Dakota. I shot a whitetail doe.

Fusion Ammo: What is your largest buck to date?

Brock Lesnar: I love hunting both mule deer and whitetail. My personal best for whitetails is 176 3/8 inches and for mule deer I shot a very respectable buck that scored 186 5/8.

Fusion Ammo: Where are your favorite places to hunt?

Brock Lesnar: I love to hunt in my home state of South Dakota. I enjoy hunting in other states such as Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota as well as various locations in Canada.

Fusion Ammo: What is your favorite caliber to hunt monster bucks with?

Brock Lesnar: My two favorite calibers are the 7mm-08 and 6mm.

Fusion Ammo: What is your favorite style of hunting when chasing the mighty whitetail:

Brock Lesnar: My choice is hunting from ground blinds. You can get up close and personal with game.

Fusion Ammo: Besides whitetail, what else do you like to hunt?

Brock Lesnar: That’s easy… Mule Deer.
